WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All items are sent First Class via Royal Mail for a flat rate of £3. There is free shipping if you spend over £50. If you would like to place an order from outside of the UK then please send me an email with what you'd like to order and the address for where it's being delivered to and I can send you a shipping quote.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

I hope you are delighted with everything you purchase from Johanna Roberts Design, but if you are unhappy for any reason you have 14 working days to return the item. If you need to return something please email johannarobertsdesign@gmail.com detailing the items you will be returning and the reason why. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. All return postage costs must be paid by the sender and I would recommend getting proof of postage. If the item has arrived damaged/faulty please send photographs of the damage in your returns email and I will refund postage costs when the item is returned.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP ITEMS?

All items will be beautifully wrapped for delivery. If the item is a gift and you wish for a note to be added to it or for it to be sent to the recipient directly, then please leave me a message in the notes section when you check out.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Absolutely! I am always open to a commission if there is something specific you have in mind then please get in touch via the contact page or by emailing: johannarobertsdesign@gmail.com.
